ADSS

adss

ADSS, also known as ADS Securities, is an Abu Dhabi-based retail and institutional forex and CFD broker that has decided to withdraw from the UK market.

The company's UK subsidiary, ADS Securities London Limited, has been licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since 2012. However, ADSS has applied to cancel its FCA authorization as part of its decision to shut down its London operation and exit the UK online trading market.

Despite this move, ADSS Group operations outside of the UK remain unaffected. In its most recent financial period in 2021, ADSS UK experienced a 34% decline in revenues and a similar drop in client funds held by the company. The departure from the UK market follows changes in top executive positions within ADSS UK and a strategic review by the board of ADS Holding LLC, the parent company of ADSS
